Evaluates Extension-Recovery and Adhesion of Latex Sealants. Similar to C719 but shorter in duration. The engineering focus is on the Percentage of Recovery. After the sealant is stretched, the machine returns to the original gap, and we measure the residual stress. MTO’s software automatically calculates the Elastic Recovery percentage, providing a pass/fail report based on the specific material class. This is a high-volume test for building envelope manufacturers.
